Carolyn and Family;
Patty and send to you our deepest sympathy in your loss.. I remember when Ray came to work at the ISP, I had moved on to the Pendleton district as a Motor Carrier Inspector and Ray was my replacement. I was very fortunate to have known Ray long before when he worked for the Sheriff's Dept.
Carolyn, what a pleasure it was to have both of you with us at Argosy Casino for a time. It was good to have familiar faces from home with us.
Deepest Sympathy
Ray and Patty Johnson

I worked with Ray at SP Pendleton. He was funny and very dedicated to the department and the officers. It takes a special person to be a dispatcher. Ray will be missed. Respectfully, Donna

I knew Ray when he was at the Post at Pendleton years ago. He was a true professional and a joy to work with. He always had a smile and was truly one of the good guys. I will miss him.
