Chad Anthony Meacham

Owner

Chad grew up in Dunkirk (IN) and is a graduate of Jay County High School, Ball State University, and Mid-America College of Funeral Service.  He is a first-generation funeral director and is married with three grown children and one granddaughter.  

He is a member of Dunkirk Calvary United Methodist Church and attends Dunkirk Church of The Nazarene where he serves on the worship team.  

Chad has worked in funeral homes since 1994; he received his professional license in 1996 and has been an owner of the Meacham firm since 2001.

Tamara Meacham

Co-Owner

Tamara is native of Portland (IN) and grew up in rural Jay County.  She is a graduate of Jay County High School and attended Ball State University.  She is married and has three grown children and one granddaughter.

Tamara is an active member of her church in Muncie and enjoys participating in local sorority activities.  

She has been an owner of the Meacham firm since 2001.

Bob Smith

Associate

Bob grew up near Eaton (IN) and graduated from high school there.  He retired from Borg Warner and has been married for over 50 years.

He attends church near Dunkirk where he has resided for many years.  

Bob joined the Meacham staff in 2010.

Andrea Thornburg

Advance Planning Specialist

Andrea has been a part of the Meacham staff for many years and is dedicated to serving families who choose to plan their services before the need arises.  She graduated from Wapahani High School, Ivy Tech, and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.  

She attends Union Chapel Ministries and has been a licensed funeral director since 1998.
