Chad grew up in Dunkirk (IN) and is a graduate of Jay County High School, Ball State University, and Mid-America College of Funeral Service. He is a first-generation funeral director and is married with three grown children and one granddaughter.
He attends church in Dunkirk and Muncie and has been a resident of Albany for several years.
Chad has worked in funeral homes since 1994; he received his professional license in 1996 and has been an owner of the Meacham firm since 2001.

Tamara is native of Portland (IN) and grew up in rural Jay County. She is a graduate of Jay County High School and attended Ball State University. She is married and has three grown children and one granddaughter.
Tamara attends church in Muncie and is an accomplished seamstress.
She has been an owner of the Meacham firm since 2001.

Bob grew up near Eaton (IN) and graduated from high school there. He retired from Borg Warner and was married for over 50 years to his wife, Mary, who passed away in April of 2025.
He attends church near Dunkirk where he has resided for many years.
Bob joined the Meacham staff in 2010.

Lisa is a lifelong Delaware County resident and a 1997 graduate of Delta High School. She has worked in the field of mortuary science since 2012 and has worked at the Meacham firm since 2015. She is a licensed funeral director & embalmer and has a true heart for serving others.

Meet Shayla Sheets, the newest member of the Meacham staff. Shayla lives in the neighboring city of Winchester where she graduated high school. She went to Ivy Tech and has a strong background in nursing home care. As a fully licensed agent, Shayla will focus on meeting families that choose to plan ahead. IN MEMORIUM - Mr. Edison M. Rust, known more commonly as Ed, was owner/operator of Rust Funeral Home from 1944 until 1975. Ed also ran the local ambulance and answered the fire phone 24/7 before the age of pagers and cell phones.
Ed's business would later become known as Parson-Rust Funeral Home then Meacham Funeral Service in 2001.
