Please accept our sympathy on the passing of your loved one... John is certainly happy now as he spoke many times of being with his Lord, and his wife...the past few years have been increasingly difficult.... Mindy, our Lhasa Apso and I would walk late afternoon, and sometimes late evening at Swan Lake... He frequently was sitting on his bench, enjoying the evening and usually cooler temp. So Mindy and I would stop and spend some time just talking,...which he loved. He always talked of his family,...you all were very special to him, and he enjoyed telling us about you. He was a wonderful man, and will certainly be missed........but our memories last forever, and we will rest easier knowing that he is just where he wanted to be. Bless each one of you, Carol, Dave and Mindy too ....

Susan, Sharon and Karen,
I knew your father only briefly over the time your mom and I were classmates at Anderson College going to nursing school together. We were buddies at that time, then she went back to E.R. and I went to another area. We would see your dad whenever we changed cars at National Register and she loved him so much. Deane talked about her girls all the time and me about my boys. We had so much fun going to college at our ages.
My husband died of cancer on 4 July 2012 and I understand some of your loss.
