Carey W. Clark

Carey W. Clark, age 69, Albany, died unexpectedly Monday December 20, 2021 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.  Born in Muncie September 5, 1952, he graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1970 and lived the past several years near Albany.  Carey was a salesman for Munsee Meats for 46 years, retiring in 2019.  He enjoyed gardening, landscaping, and taking his 1997 Ford F-150 show truck to car shows; the Albany car show at McDonald’s was his favorite.  Carey was a hard worker; he loved IU basketball and most especially – his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years: Cathy Clark, and their sons: Craig Clark (wife: Tracy), Ft. Recovery, OH, and Cary Clark, Albany; brother: Craig Clark (wife: Kim), Warsaw; 2 grandchildren: Jakob Clark and Kyra Clark.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Wayne H. & Mary Lou (McDowell) Clark.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2021 at Meacham Funeral Service with burial following at Union Cemetery, Eaton.

Visiting hours are Monday from 12 until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Face masks will be required.
