William (Bo) Burris, age 49, Dunkirk, passed away Wednesday November 6, 2024 at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.  Bo attended Jay County High School and Indiana University – Bloomington.  Bo was an avid IU basketball fan.  He worked for E&T Tree and Landscape for several years.

Survivors include his dad, William "Lee" Burris (Janet), Dunkirk; three brothers: Aaron Burris (Davina Ramey), San Fransisco, California; Chris Burris (Brandy), Farmland, and Eric Bowler (Tracy), Dunkirk; two sisters: Brittany Burris Sasso (Brian), South Carolina – U.S. Army, and Lisa Bowler Street, Dunkirk; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Ann Disinger Nichols (Richard), Muncie, and brother-in-law: Chad Street, Dunkirk.

A celebration of Bo's life will be held Saturday November 23, 2024 from 3 until 6 p.m. in the banquet room of the old Westlawn Elementary School (Westlawn Business Center, 234 W. Pearl St., Dunkirk, IN 47336).
