ALBANY – Thomas O'Neal Woodard was born Feb. 20, 1983 in Muncie, Indiana. He passed away Wednesday Sept. 25, 2013 at home in Albany. He was 30 years of age. Thomas was a graduate of Delta High School in 2003. He enjoyed riding his bike and walking his grandpa's dog, Moses. He loved animals and will be remembered for his big heart, caring nature, love for family including his niece & nephew, for being ornery and teasing everybody.
Survivors include his mother: Lisa Michelle Reum and step-dad: Rick L. Reum, Albany; his father: Thomas Edwin Woodard, Albany; 2 brothers: Phillip Christopher Woodard (significant other: Stasha Pettus), Dunkirk and Vincent Woodard, Yorktown; 2 sisters: Jessica Christine Beal (significant other: Douglas W. Ellington), Muncie and Allisa Victoria Woodard, Yorktown; grandparents: Don & Janet Weaver, Dunkirk and Gary & Debra Beal, Albany; his aunts & uncles: Cristie Woodman and Paul Woodman, Albany, Donald & Diane Weaver, Dunkirk and Dave & Stephanie White, TN; a niece: Audrey Woodard and nephew: Drake Woodard; also, a step-father: Jesse Beal (wife: Tami), Muncie; his girlfriend: Danielle, Muncie, and her parents: Sharon & Tony Earnheart, Muncie and special pets: Joy, Moses and Kiki.
He is preceded in death by his uncle Steve Woodard and grandparents: James & Jeannette Woodard and Nilda Jean Beal.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, at Meacham Funeral Service, Albany, with burial following at Strong Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
