Thomas E. Woodard, age 58, longtime Albany resident, passed away Saturday July 1, 2023 at home in the company of his children, following an extended illness.  Born in Muncie on September 1, 1964, he grew up in Albany and was a graduate of Delta High School.  He worked at Warner Gear, Muncie, for several years before retiring.  Tom enjoyed watching black & white westerns, fishing, muscle cars, and the band Lynard Skynyrd.

Survivors include sons: Phillip Woodard and Vincent Woodard; daughter: Alissa Luttman, and grandchildren: Drake, Aubrey, Lane, and Scarlett.

He is preceded in death by his son: Thomas O'Neal Woodard; parents: James & Jeannette (Jones) Woodard, and a brother: Steven Woodard.

Services will be 12 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Meacham Funeral Service.  Burial will take place at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Visiting hours are Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
