Thelma Louise (Grayson) Reynolds, age 93, Dunkirk, died unexpectedly Saturday December 12, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Born in Farmers, KY on Nov. 12, 1927, she attended school in Kentucky and lived several years near Eaton before moving to Dunkirk. She retired from Kerr Glass (now Ardagh) after working there 30 years. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church, Dunkirk, and enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, cooking, playing cards, and just being with people.
Survivors include 2 adult children: Janet Burris (husband: William "Lee"), Dunkirk and Larry Reynolds (wife: Lois Ann), Redkey; daughter-in-law: Lois Reynolds, Hartford City; 3 sisters-in-law: Pat Grayson, Muncie, Bernetta Grayson, Eaton, and Mary Helen Reynolds, Dunkirk; 8 grandchildren: Eric Bowler (wife: Tracy), Lisa Street, Monica Lykins, Amy Baker (husband: Jon), Michelle Reynolds (companion: Michelle), Brittany Sasso (husband: Brian), Bo Burris, and Chris Burris (wife: Brandy); several great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Freddie Reynolds; son: Jerry Reynolds; parents: John T. Grayson, Sr. and Pearl (Myers) Grayson Seyferd; 5 brothers: Otto Grayson, Albert Grayson, John Grayson, Jr., Bob Grayson, and Bill Grayson.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Meacham Funeral Service, Albany, with visiting hours from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Burial will take place Wednesday at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
