Teresa Davis, age 68, died Tuesday December 31, 2024 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital following a short illness.  Born in Muncie on January 31, 1956, she grew up on the northeast side of Muncie and was a graduate of Northside High School.  She lived in Dunkirk for several years and lived east of Albany for the past seven years.  Teresa worked at Richard's Restaurant on Tillotson St. in Muncie until they closed and was a well-known waitress at Milton's Family Restaurant in Albany where she worked for 30 years.  Teresa enjoyed fishing and kayaking, bowling, playing the lottery, going to the casino, and playing BINGO.

Survivors include her daughter, Vanessa Davis, Crystal River, FL; sisters: Jenny Williams, Redkey/Fairview and Marcia Brown, Glendale, AZ; grandchildren: Jasmine, Gavin, and Lillyan; nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Bernard & June (Smullen) Weakley and a sister: Sheila Surpas.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no public services.

Donations may be given to her family.
