ALBANY – Sebrina M. Quakenbush, age 49, Albany, died Sunday night at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital following a sudden medical condition. Born in Muncie on Feb. 15, 1966, she was the daughter of Harry "Woody" Logan and Sally Bright. She grew up in Albany and attended Delta High School. Sebrina was a former Girl Scout leader and a babysitter to the Albany community for more than 15 years. She especially loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 29 years, Sterling L. Quakenbush; a son: Tyler Storie (wife: Elisabeth), Gaston; 2 daughters: Kasey Carman (fiancé: Trent Springer), Albany, and Chelsey Quakenbush, Albany; her father: Harry "Woody" Logan and mother: Sally Bright; a sister: Kimberly Kirtz (husband: Jerry), Muncie; 3 grandchildren: Zay, Laylah, and Josie; a niece, and 3 nephews.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015, at Meacham Funeral Service. Cremation will follow.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
