Robert E. (Bob) Antrim, Jr., age 69, Hartford City, passed into the presence of his Savior on Tuesday October 28, 2025 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital following an illness.  Born in Kokomo on February 13, 1956, he grew up and attended school there.  Bob lived in Marion, Gas City, Converse, and near Jonesboro before moving to Hartford City ten years ago.  He was a Behavioral Tech. at Trinity House in Kokomo, Manager at Sbarro Pizza in Marion, and a Quality Inspector at American Woodmark in Gas City before retiring in 2018.  Following retirement, he worked as a part-time housekeeper at Taylor University where he was still employed.

Bob was a member of Dunkirk Calvary United Methodist Church and was actively involved with A Better Life – Brianna's Hope where he helped form chapters in Daleville and Hartford City.  He also belonged to A.A., was a skilled carpenter/furniture builder, and was an avid fisherman.  He was also a licensed HAM radio operator whose call sign was N9SCV.  In 2012 Bob experienced an amazing spiritual renewal on a retreat called the Walk to Emmaus and was active in the East Central Indiana Emmaus Community since that time.

Survivors include his wife, Pastor Susan Durovey-Antrim; daughter: Aundria Casbon, Kokomo; step-sons: Lance Durovey (wife: Becca), Upland, and Jesse Durovey (wife: Tamara), Superior, MT; sister: Cheri Layton (boyfriend: Jeff Roberts), Darlington, and four grandchildren: Jacob Stout, Steele Stout, Dodge Stout, and Brianna Martin.

He is preceded in death by a son: Robert "Rob" Eugene Antrim III; parents: Robert (Sr.) & Shirley (Tygart) Antrim, and three brothers: Terry Antrim, Sr., Jeff Antrim, and Scott Antrim.

Visitation is Wednesday November 5, 2025 from 4 until 6 p.m. at Meacham Funeral Service.  Memorial services will follow at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.  Cremation was chosen.
