Penny Renee Davis, age 63, Albany, passed away Saturday January 21, 2023 at home following an extended illness.  Born in Portland on May 18, 1959, she grew up in Dunkirk and attended Dunkirk High School.  Penny worked in the warehouse at Kerr Glass (now Ardagh) for several years before retiring.  She was a loyal friend and avid Chicago Cubs fan who enjoyed traveling, going to the casino, and animals – especially rescue dogs.

Survivors include her sister: Margaret A. Freeman, Frankfort, and brothers: Richard L. Davis (wife: Saundra), Dunkirk, Joseph A. Davis (wife: Tamiko), Holland, MI, and William D. Davis, Holland, MI.  Several extended family members and friends also survive.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Joseph Richard & Grace L. (Gross) Davis and her fiancé: Donny Wright.

In accordance with Penny's wishes, there will be no public services.  Cremation was chosen.
