DUNKIRK - Patricia L. Blair, age 82, rural Dunkirk, died Thursday September 8, 2016 at Albany Health Care & Rehabilitation Center following an illness.  She was born in Texas and lived in Illinois before moving to Indiana.  A homemaker, Mrs. Blair was married to John I. Blair who survives, along with other family members and friends.  Cremation will take place.
