Mike Lehman, age 62, Albany, died unexpectedly at home following a sudden illness.  Born in Muncie April 24, 1959, he grew up in Albany and was a 1977 graduate of Delta High School.  Mike retired in 2021.  He spent a majority of his career working at Selking International Truck Sales, Muncie – a business that was formerly known as Lehman International, owned & operated by his family.  He was a lifetime AMVETS Post 12 Son where he served as State Commander from 2014-2015.  He was a member of Albany Golf Club, Buck Creek Trophy Club, and enjoyed hunting with his son and other family members in southern Indiana, fishing, and helping his son-in-law at Arrowhead Farms in Gaston during the spring and harvest.

Survivors include his son: Michael Lehman, Jr. (wife: Rhiannon), Selma, and daughter: Samantha Stephens (husband: Cole), Upland; his children's mother: Debbie (Sam) Lehman, Muncie; brother: Robert Lehman, Jr. (wife: Debra), Albany; sister: Lisa Clawson (husband: Mark), Eaton; 3 grandchildren: Brecken, Aspen, Mackenzie, and several nieces & nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Robert D. (Sr.) & Beverley J. (Felton) Lehman.

A memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Meacham Funeral Service.  Cremation was chosen.

Visiting hours are Thursday from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
