ALBANY – Mary Jane (Adamson) Zehner, age 98, Albany, died Saturday evening at Community Hospital, Anderson, following an extended illness.  Born in Kentucky on July 10, 1919, she lived most of her life near Albany.  She was married to William H. Zehner for several years before his death and was a homemaker.

Survivors include two daughters: Myrna Huffman (husband: Jim), Albany, and Jo Ann Ashcraft (husband: Jim), Pendleton; three grandchildren: Ericka Alley (husband: Mike), Kent Ashcraft, and Mary Ann Ashcraft; three great-grandchildren: Jacob Alley, Logan Alley (wife: Michelle), and Cy Alley; also, two great-great grandchildren: Wyatt Alley and Scarlett Alley.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, a brother, and two sisters.

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday, September 8, 2017 at Meacham Funeral Service with burial following at Black Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 12 until 1p.m. at the funeral home.
