Marilyn Burcham, 85, rural Albany, died Sunday December 3, 2023 at Lincolnshire Place, Muncie, following an extended illness.  Born in Muncie on April 14, 1938, she graduated from Yorktown High School in 1957.  Marilyn was a homemaker and a member of Union Chapel Ministries.  She enjoyed crafts, cooking, trips to Florida with Ray, and collecting tea pots, butterflies, and angels.

Survivors include her adult children: Sean Burcham (wife: Linda), Dunkirk, Steve Burcham, Dunkirk, Brian Burcham (wife: Denise), Albany, Julie Calhoun, Dunkirk, Polly Boren (husband: Lael), Upland, Todd Burcham (wife: Mary Jo), Dunkirk, and Chet Burcham (wife: Maria), Dunkirk; brothers: Larry Stout (wife: Paula), Yorktown, and Jerry Stout (wife: Marilous), Yorktown; sister: Vicki Howard, Yorktown; 18 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Raymond D. "Ray" Burcham, Jr.; father: Gerald Stout; mother: Crystal (Barton) Kirby; brothers: David Stout and Mike Stout, and a sister: Judy Stout.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, December 11, 2023 at Union Chapel Ministries, Muncie.  Burial will follow at Black Cemetery.

Visiting hours are Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the church.
