ALBANY – Madonna E. Bellar, age 94, Albany, died Monday morning at Albany Health Care. Born in Delaware County on June 2, 1915, her parents were Orville and Naomi Bellar. She was a graduate of Albany High School and Indiana Business College. Madonna was a bookkeeper for T.E. Booher & Sons in Albany for several years before retiring in 1985. She was a member of Albany Christian Church.

Survivors include 2 sisters-in-law: Jean Bellar, Albany, and Rita Bellar, Chesterfield; 2 nieces, and 3 nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers: Donald and Duane Bellar.

Services will begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday February 4, 2010, at Meacham Funeral Service, Albany, with burial following at Strong Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be held from 12 until 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
