Loretta (Morgan) Martin, age 84, Albany, died Sunday April 7, 2024 at Albany Health Care & Rehabilitation Center.  Born in Bluffton on March 15, 1940, she grew up in the Geneva area and graduated from high school in Adams County.  Loretta was a homemaker and home health aid.  Over the years she enjoyed tropical fish and at one time had several fish tanks at home.  She also enjoyed doing macrame.

Survivors include sons: Terry Cox (Brenda), Portland, and Mike Smith (Susan), Bluffton; her daughter: Debra Dahlstrom, Albany; grandchildren: Donna Valentine (Madison), Portland, Andrew Smith (Jamie), Muncie, Triston Cox, and David Mays (Tiffany), Redkey, and great-grandchildren: Nick and Emily.

She is preceded in death by her son: Gary Smith who died in 2023 and parents: Samuel & Flossie Morgan.

Visiting hours are Wednesday April 17, 2024 from 12 until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Graveside services are set for 3 p.m. Wednesday (April 17) at Alberson Cemetery, west of Geneva.
