Julie L. Mills, age 50, Albany, died while surrounded by family on Saturday December 25, 2021 at home following a short illness.  Born in Muncie August 11, 1971, she grew up in Albany and worked at the Eaton Veterinary Clinic for ten years.  Julie loved animals, especially horses, and enjoyed spending time with family & grandkids and going to the beach.

Survivors include her husband: Bart Mills; three daughters: Kayla Bertram (husband: Josh), Albany, Katie Crawley, Muncie, and Abby Crawley, Albany; step-daughter: Sarah Davis (husband: Ryan), Muncie; parents: Bobby & Karen Lewis, Albany; paternal grandmother: Marie Lewis, Albany; sister: Jill Lewis, Muncie; seven grandchildren: Roy, George, Titan, Magnus, Aubrie, Kayden, and Jax.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Robert "Razz" Lewis and maternal grandparents: Roy & Jean Shipley.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Meacham Funeral Service.  Cremation will follow.

Visiting hours are Thursday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
