Gordon Shelton, age 63, formerly of Marion, died Wednesday September 16, 2026 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Born in Indianapolis on July 23, 1963, he grew up there and graduated from Northwest High School. Gordon lived in Marion for several years and worked various jobs over the course of his lifetime. He loved electronics, animals, watching old movies, and talking.

Survivors include his sister: Theresa Jefferies (husband: Randy), Marion, along with nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents: John & Rachel (Lumbrix) Shelton and a sister: Ruth Shelton.

Burial will take place at Washington Park North Cemetery in Indianapolis; there are no public services.
