Frederick E. Blair, age 96, Albany, died Wednesday July 11, 2018 at Albany Health Care & Rehabilitation Center.  Born in Wells County on January 16, 1922, he attended schools there and after moving to this area graduated from Eaton High School in 1940.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and retiree of Warner Gear, Muncie, where he worked nearly thirty years.

He is survived by several extended family members; his wife, Avis I. Blair, died in 2017.

Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Eaton; per Fred's request there are no public services.
