REDKEY – Edward A. Curtis, age 64, rural Redkey, died Sunday morning at Jay County Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Jay County on April 18, 1947, he graduated from Redkey High School and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from Borg-Warner, Muncie, and was a member of the autoworkers union.

Survivors include his daughters: Jennifer Keller (husband: Randy), Portland, and Jessie Jessup (husband: Brian), Portland; a son: Jeremy Curtis (wife: Claudelle), Indianapolis, and 5 grandchildren: Adrian Hudson, Skylar Keller, Liberty Keller, Edison Keller, and Shane Curtis.

His parents, Edward and Rosalie Curtis, are deceased.

A family graveside service was held at Hill Crest Cemetery, Redkey, with burial following.
