Connie (Liggett) Geesaman, age 68, Albany, died Tuesday November 9, 2021 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital following an illness.  Born in Portland September 2, 1953, she graduated from Monroe Central High School in 1971 and was a graduate of both beauty school and floral school.  Connie received her commercial driver's license (CDL) and drove a truck for a few years.  She also worked at Liggett's Greenhouse and Florists in Albany.  She enjoyed rummaging, camping at the Muncie reservoir, reading, attending concerts, tending to plants, her grandchildren, and taking care of her beloved dog, Rascal.

Survivors include her son, Toby Bellar, Muncie; brother: Steven V. Liggett (wife: Lynn), Albany; sister: Mona (Liggett) Bertram, Albany; step-son: Buddy Geesaman (wife: Tiffany), IN; step-daughter: Racheal Sherwood (husband: Jeremy), Muncie; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Harold & Velna Liggett.

It was Connie's request to be cremated with a celebration of life service to be held in the spring of 2022.
