Christopher Scott Rawlings, age 41, Muncie, died Wednesday August 8, 2018 at home following an extended illness.  Born in Muncie on May 8, 1977, he was a lifelong resident of this area.  He was a delivery driver for twenty years working primarily for Ferrell Gas.  Chris was a loyal family man and doting father.  He had a great sense of humor and was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan.

Survivors include his wife of twenty years, Christine (Bell) Rawlings, and their daughter: Katie Kaye Rawlings, Muncie; his mom: Andrea (Rawlings) Greene and bonus dad Gib "Biggie" Greene, Muncie; his dad: Bob Rawlings (wife: Linda), Redkey, a sister: Gina Overmyer (husband: Justin), Muncie; grandparents: Patricia Grayson, Muncie and John & Jean Peterson, Dunkirk; a special uncle: Brian Peterson, Muncie; sisters-in-law: Reta Martin (husband: Tony), Tracy Scott (husband: Jerry), and Deanne Hauser (husband: Roger); in-laws: Jack & Charlotte Bell, Dunkirk, and several nieces & nephews.

He is preceded in death by his dad, Steve McDonald, and nephew S. Andrew Anderson.

Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Meacham Funeral Service with his father-in-law, Jack Bell, officiating.  Cremation will follow.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday from 1 until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
